The 1915 Çanakkale Bridge Demanded Millimeter Accuracy

The 1915 Çanakkale Bridge, spanning 2023 meters between its pylons, is the longest suspension bridge in the world. This iconic crossing demands millimeter accuracy, and that’s where IMMONTEC came in.

IMMONTEC designed and managed the operations for the float-up, temporary mooring, transportation and installation of two caissons that form the foundation of the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge in Turkey. This complex project required not only advanced technology but also building trust with all stakeholders through open and transparent communication and thorough preparations. Watch the video for more project details.
