Interim IT Security & Governance Specialist Wanted for Our International Projects

IMMONTEC, a global market leader in the immersion of tunnels, caissons, and offshore wind foundation structures, is seeking an experienced Interim IT Security & Governance Specialist.

Within Immontec, there is a growing need for a robust and future-proof setup of IT security and data governance. To further shape this development, we are looking for an interim professional who can help structurally strengthen and further professionalize our IT environment.

The organization operates across international projects in various regions worldwide. This brings specific challenges in the areas of information security, data processing, and compliance with legislation and regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is therefore essential that IT security is not only defined in policies, but also demonstrably embedded in systems, processes, and project execution.

In this interim assignment, you will be responsible for establishing a clear governance structure, developing and implementing practical policies, and supporting the organization in their day-to-day application. You will work closely with senior management, project teams, and external stakeholders, translating strategic frameworks into practical, workable solutions.
