Contract Manager

Are you an strategically minded Contract Manager who enjoys working on international projects?

IMMONTEC, a global market leader in the immersion of tunnels, caissons and offshore wind foundations, is looking for an experienced Contract Manager for international projects. In this role, you are responsible for managing contractual and commercial risks within projects such as the A281-Weserquerung in Bremen and the Fraser River Tunnel in Vancouver.

Your Role

As (International) Contract Manager at Immontec, you ensure that our complex offshore installation projects are contractually well managed from tender phase through to completion. You act as a strategic key player within the project team, working closely with management and project teams.

You help define the contract strategy during the tender phase, analyse contract documents and advise on risks, opportunities and commercial implications. During execution, you safeguard contract compliance, identify variations and support claims, change orders and negotiations.

You work partly from the Netherlands and regularly on international project sites, ensuring structure, clarity and control over all contractual matters.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a proactive and analytically strong Contract Manager with at least 10 years of experience in international technical or infrastructure projects. You have strong knowledge of international contract forms and are skilled in identifying and managing risks.

You communicate clearly, work in a structured way and easily connect with different stakeholders. You are fluent in Dutch and English and willing to travel internationally.
